Insomnia keeps us from getting a good night's sleep which we need in order to be alert during the day and keep us healthy. The reason we have Insomnia is that we have a fear buried subconsciously. Ninety percent of the fears that cause insomnia came from our childhood. Fears could be the fear of rejection, fear of being alone, fear of being abandoned, and fear of being judged and there are hundreds of other fears. Maybe as a child we were abandoned and scared, worried about where to go, will I always be alone or abandoned again. Once these fears are programmed in as a child they are with us the rest of our lives and usually come up when we are sleeping or trying to sleep which keeps us from sleeping. Insomnia can be solved in Hypnosis very easily, sometimes in one session.
